I am a safe space for clients of all walks of life and am affirming to people of all backgrounds.

I want to start by saying that I’m proud of you. It takes a lot of bravery to enter counseling services, and being here is the first step in a major investment in yourself! Whether you’re struggling with symptoms of trauma, trying to navigate difficult relationships, or just feeling anxious and overwhelmed with the pressures of day-to-day life, I’d love to help you on your journey to your best self. You deserve to live a life that leaves you excited to wake up every morning! You may be intimidated by the idea of therapy, or feel like you aren’t ready. That’s okay! Most people feel the way you do when they're getting started. I can meet you where you are and we can get you where you want to be, on your terms. My job isn’t to tell you what to do— it’s to give you the tools that you need to navigate whatever life throws at you. I have dedicated my career to specializing in working with individuals with trauma, & am trained in leading evidence-based treatments, because I know how incredibly empowering it can be to take back control from experiences that have negatively shaped your life. The hardest part is truly getting started, and I don’t take that lightly. I’m ready when you are!
