Jessica Shoff

Jessica specializes in individual, group, and family therapy with clients ages 12 and up. As a therapist, Jessica emphasizes belief in family systems and treating the whole person while fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship to help aid client's exploration of their own inner potential, drive, and abilities to overcome and adapt to life's challenges. Jessica received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. She is currently accredited with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health and is a member of the National Association of Social Work. With diverse experience working with adolescents and adults from wilderness, intensive outpatient, acute, and residential settings, Jessica utilizes multi-modal techniques to target maladaptive behaviors and thought processes to address depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, trauma, substance abuse and improving family relationships to reduce conflict and overcome communication barriers including Dialectic Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
