Get to know your truest self in a safe, relaxed, affirming space. Find yourself here so you can be yourself everywhere.

Whatever has happened is workable here. I know trauma. There are lots of ways to move forward from it and they all start with support you can trust. I know mindfulness. We can talk about meditation or not, but I'm tuned in and can help you tune in with more accuracy and confidence.

Certificates

  • Anger Management (2019)

    PESI

This two day certification course added evidence to the belief that anger is a difficult yet workable emotion to be not denied or suppressed, but regulated and explored for insights about fear and aggression and the need for protection.

  • Understanding Narcissism Summit (2022)

    J&K Seminars

This comprehensive program brought both conventional and spiritual consideration to the experience and impact of the narcissist, who has various expressions from the covert to the malignant. The takehome from this summit: there is hope for people hurt by narcissists, and even for narcissists themselves.

  • MBCT (2018)

    PESI

This Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy two-day certification course rounded out prior spiritually focused study to include traditional CBT techniques and incorporate consideration of emotional processes and contemplative practices.

  • Military and Veteran Behavioral Health (2014)

    Widener University

This certification course shed light on the growing need for attention to military traumas experienced not just during deployment but during training. PTSD and C-PTSD in the military community continue to be enshrouded by traditions and stigma that prevent veterans and their families from finding and accepting help, whether they have just separated from service or are 20 or more years out.

  • Feeding Your Demons® (2021)

    Tara Mandala

This year long buddhist training program led to the authorization to facilitate individuals in a profound meditation practice that combines ancient eastern wisdom (i.e., buddhism) and current psychotherapeutic approaches (e.g., Gestalt techniques) in order to help people relate to challenging situations and physical/emotional reactions to those situations in more informed ways. Through the meditation practice, obstacles are found to contain wisdom, and so-called demons transform into allies.

  • BC-TMH (2019)

    CCE

I maintain Board Certified Tele Mental Health provider status through regular telehealth trainings. This keeps me educated about conducting virtual sessions productively and securely.

  • Basic EMDR I and II (2014)

    EMDRIA

I refresh my understanding of this trauma protocol with occasional trainings, most recently in 2019. I do not use EMDR with all clients, so if this is of crucial interest to clients, I help them find EMDR experts.

  • Basic Training (2021)

    Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM)®

This intensive training contributed breathwork, visualization, and grounding protocols to my therapy offerings.

  • 2025-2026 Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Training

    Polaris Insight Center

52 hours of training to deepen clinical understanding and practical skills in the use of ketamine as adjunctive treatment for treatment resistant depression and PTSD.

  • Dharma K 2025

    Ketamine Training Center

    Retreat/training experiential.
