Jane Gallagher
(She/Her/Hers)
Certified Trauma Professional, Counselor, Hypnotherapist, Independent Substance Abuse Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Psychotherapist
Hello! I would love to connect with you in a therapeutic relationship. My skills include deep listening and empathy, helping people feel understood.
Open for New Clients. Clients seeking therapy can come as they are. It is my goal to have the education and tools to facilitate their process. I work with individual adults, teens, and children in a variety of areas, including mental health therapy, substance use disorder, EMDR trauma therapy, hypnotherapy, quitting smoking, phobias, confidence, and equine-assisted therapy. I have been a life coach and hypnotist for 11 years, substance use disorder counselor for 5 years, and I am a pre-licensed mental health therapist under supervision. Counseling means that I am your ally and I facilitate processes for the development of your goals. I use hypnotherapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, EMDR, mindfulness, and a variety of techniques. I offer Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) on a farm to assist in developing therapeutic relationships. I am dedicated to making a safe, confidential space for you to do what you need to do as I facilitate appropriate therapeutic techniques. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to work with clients and I am passionate about the work. It is an honor to work with every client, every time.
