I strive to help my clients become the best and healthiest versions of themselves.

We all feel anxious, stressed and stuck at times. If you are constantly feeling like you just “aren’t good enough”, you are not alone. I help my clients become the best and healthiest versions of themselves. I achieve this by offering solution-focused methods (EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, etc.) and celebrating accomplishments along the way. I understand that therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach and I believe in a collaborative and individualized treatment model. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you are a seasoned therapy veteran, I am here to help you navigate through this difficult time. You deserve to feel seen, heard and understood. I will strive to help you create a life filled with health, hope and meaningful relationships. Jaena strives to help her clients become the best and most authentic versions of themselves and create full and meaningful lives. In her free time, Jaena enjoys yoga, plant-based cooking, hiking, traveling, reading, taking her dogs to the dog park and she is currently learning how to surf.
