My passion is working with adolescents, individuals, and couples. The healing journey is unique to everyone, and I look forward to walking alongside you.

My passion is working with adolescents, individuals, and couples. I specialize in addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, behavior, PTSD, trauma, relationships, family dynamics, and more. The healing process is unique to everyone. At Resilience, you will find encouragement to take the next steps forward. Learn the tools needed to identify and overcome negative behavior patterns. Develop the courage to challenge unhealthy thoughts and find the confidence to pursue a happier and healthier you. I offer early morning, daytime, and evening hours to accommodate busy schedules and online appointments. Resilience Counseling is a place of healing, hope, and restoration. I have experience working with teens, individuals, couples, and families. Being a school mental health counselor and a private practice therapist gives me a unique perspective and valuable insight. I understand that life can be difficult, and situations can be challenging. Let me partner with you to ease the burden. Many times when going through hardship, we need someone to help us gain clarity and insight. My goal is to help you grow in all areas while working towards living a life that you love.

  • SYMBIS Coordinator

    Dr. Les and Leslie Parrott

SYMBIS is an online tool that allows engaged or newly married couples (or even couples who have been married for a while!) to log on individually and take an assessment. The assessment has many questions about personality, upbringing, attitudes toward money, sex, and much more. A printout is created with the results. The couple and I go over the results and look at the couple's strengths, weaknesses, or caution flags that the assessment tool identifies.

  • EMDR

    EMDR

What is EMDR Therapy? EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy designed to help people heal from emotional distress caused by difficult or traumatic experiences. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR focuses on helping the brain reprocess and release stuck memories in order to decrease emotional pain and intense reactions in the present.
