I am dedicated to helping individuals heal from violence and trauma, driven by a passion for guiding them through challenges toward resilience and growth.

If you're navigating the effects of trauma, domestic or sexual violence, grief, mood disorders, or substance use challenges, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, supportive space where your healing is not only possible—it’s prioritized. I’m especially committed to serving survivors and am familiar with the VCAP (Victims Compensation Assistance Program) in Pennsylvania, helping clients access resources and support during difficult times. Our work together is collaborative and rooted in your unique needs and goals. I tailor therapy to meet you where you are—whether you're rebuilding self-esteem, processing loss, or working toward recovery. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, more self-aware, and more in control of your path forward. With specialized training in trauma-informed care, I incorporate approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Clients I work with often leave therapy with increased emotional regulation, stronger boundaries, greater self-compassion, and renewed clarity about what they want from life—and the confidence to go after it.
