Inbal Yassur
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
As a psychotherapist, it is my privilege to accompany individuals on their journeys of growth and transformation. I look forward to meeting with you.
Through compassionate and perceptive listening I work collaboratively with people to cultivate well-being and to improve self-regulation, to ease experiences of stress, trauma, loss, grief, depression and anxiety. The integration of my training with my lived experience allows me to effectively support clients in their explorations. I am trained in trauma-informed mindfulness, resilience work, drama therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mind-body integrative healing. My experiences as a bilingual immigrant to this country have attuned me to the many ways in which differences (gender, sexual, racial and cultural) from the larger culture can offer unique strengths and perspectives upon which we can build.
