Part of my approach is asking questions – a lot of questions – so that I can understand you better and also help you explore what you may not have on your own. I like to integrate different approaches in our work together that will aid in your individual healing process. Similar to the idea of different learning styles, I work on using a variety of approaches in our sessions that would best meet your needs.
