Hello and welcome! I understand that thinking of going to therapy can be exciting and nerve-racking all at the same time! Reaching out for help takes courageous so celebrate yourself for getting to this in the process. I take a person-centered approach meaning that my role is to help you in whatever is best for you and come alongside you to help you get your therapeutic goals accomplished. I treat therapy as an experiment - we are going to try different approaches and modalities until we find a few that work for you. I also strive to create a space that is not only safe but that is filled with grace, empathy, growth, and some fun! I specialize in sexual orientation, religious trauma, relationship concerns and issues, family of origin struggles, career choice, and trauma. I am here for you and look forward to meeting you!
