Hannah Hudson
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
My passion is to create a non-judgmental, safe space for people to discover and use their strengths and gain skills to control thoughts and feelings.
Every person has a unique journey towards improved mental health. My job is to find where you are in your process through thorough assessments and collaboratively creating a treatment plan. I do this by exploring how life would be different if you were free from intense emotions and unhelpful thoughts that put unwanted limitations on what life has to offer. I can help you discover your path to better mental health. I help with anxiety, depression, academic pressures, communication, coping skills, identity issues, life transitions, relationships, self-harm, stress management, and suicidal ideation. My strengths-based approach uses cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. I can help you discover your path to better mental health.
