Most of my practice experience has been with young adults experiencing anxiety/depression, relational stress, and challenging life transitions.

I look forward to meeting you! I am a newer clinician completing 3,000 hours of supervised clinical hours. I have experience working with young adults in mentoring roles and at a college counseling center. I believe that the foundation of good therapy is attunement -- when someone accompanies you in your pain, difficulty, or victory, and offers compassion, understanding, and validation. I aim to offer this with all of my clients, as well as help them grow in compassion toward themselves as they better understand their stories.
