(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I welcome you to journey with me as we navigate finding solutions together.
Do you have everyday, ordinary life struggles that you think aren’t ‘big enough’ for therapy? Or maybe you find yourself dealing with more severe issues of anxiety, depression, postpartum, or substance use? Regardless of your starting point it’s okay to admit you can’t do it alone; we were made to be social creatures. As a licensed professional counselor, my goal is to empower you to be the expert of your own life while simultaneously journeying alongside you as we navigate finding solutions together. I offer a supportive and warm environment trickled with appropriate levels of humor. I help you realize you are more capable than you imagined, and I create a safe, authentic space where you can grow, heal, and reach your goals. I want you to feel invited to come to me with any issues or problems that you are facing; big, small, traumatic, etc. I would be honored to step into your world and help you become the person you desire to be!
