Hailey Looker

My name is Hailey, and I would like to start by saying that searching for a therapist can be overwhelming and that you are not alone—we are here to help and answer any questions you may have. Everyone is deserving of finding a meaningful fit with a therapist throughout this journey. Generally, I feel that we are shaped by our experiences, early relationships, and the culture we are immersed in. With this perspective, I incorporate an inclusive, holistic, multicultural orientation into my work with clients. Thus, hoping to create an environment that validates your reality in a judgement-free, warm, and collaborative way. I believe YOU are the expert of your lived experiences and self-understanding, while I am a supportive guide. Through listening, offering feedback or new perspectives, fostering trust, and providing an empathic understanding of any struggles or pain brought to the room, I hope to offer a sense of relief and healing. Bringing my authentic self to this process, I recognize the privileges I hold. I am dedicated to maintaining a social justice lens, working to meet the needs of the community, and growing with the constantly changing world we live in.
