In a demanding world, you can find resilience within yourself. As a therapist, my goal is to see you develop ways to persevere and grow—ways that speak to your values and your needs. My areas of interest include depression, anxiety, anger, and ecological grief. They also include treatment modalities such as CBT, existential therapy, and narrative therapy. The stories we tell ourselves are powerful, and they can always change for the better. I welcome clients who are considering therapy for the first time. I also extend an invitation to clients seeking to move from harmful norms of masculinity toward different ways of living.
