Hello! My name is Grace and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief. I am a relational therapist, which means I focus on building a healthy and supportive relationship with my clients. Through this relationship, we are able to work on the issues and concerns that you bring to therapy. I hold the full experiences of my clients, including the big questions that therapy often unearths. In addition to talk therapy, I incorporate EMDR, mindfulness, and a strengths perspective into my work.
