Feryn Heath
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
I am dedicated to assisting you in recognizing & removing the obstacles caused by sex/pornography addiction, substance use, trauma, & relationship issues.
My therapeutic technique typically encompasses a person-centered approach with a trauma-informed perspective. My specialty is working with individuals who are seeking assistance with stepping into a life of recovery for sex addiction and/or pornography addiction, and videogame addiction. Additionally, I treat addiction (apart from sex addiction), trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am a Certified Associate Sex Addiction Therapist through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals. As an ASAT, I have undergone IITAP’s four module sex addiction training program and have had the pleasure of practicing as a primary therapist for Gentle Path. I am well versed on Dr. Carnes’ task-based assignment curriculum. My goal is to provide a safe space that is free from judgement, allowing clients to be authentic and vulnerable while addressing individual obstacles and barricades that are present in active addiction. Together, we will collaborate in the development of goals and objectives for your individualized treatment. I am honored to be a part of your recovery journey.
