Helping those with struggles in life changes/stressors, relationship issues, communication issues, intimacy and sexual issues.

I am a licensed associate counselor (LAC) with a master's degree in forensic psychology and criminal justice. For over 10 years, I have provided a safe space where individuals, couples, those in committed relationships and families can embrace their authentic selves without fear, judgment, or shame. My focus lies in communication, relationships, intimacy issues, sexual issues (to include Sex/Love addiction, sexually maladaptive behaviors and sexually abusive behaviors), and self-empowerment. I am LGBTQIA2+ aligned and kink friendly. Embracing authenticity, finding inner peace, and healing the soul are at the core of my work. My heartfelt mission is to empower clients to live the life they desire, help them uncover their resilience and wisdom. I utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral theories, motivational interviewing, solution focused techniques, and mindfulness skills that are all client centered. I strive to inspire clients to seize life's opportunities and create lasting change by providing support to clients as they question limiting beliefs, open the door to fresh perspectives and begin to live the life they dream of.
