Supporting young adults and LGBTQIA+ individuals through medication management, therapy, and mindfulness to navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Hi, I'm an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, and I'm here to help you feel supported and understood. I take a whole-body approach to mental health, combining medication management with person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to guide you toward feeling better. I specialize in women's mental health, including premenstrual dysphoric disorder, pregnancy, perinatal concerns, and postpartum issues. Whether you're dealing with fertility concerns, pregnancy loss, or abortion challenges, I'm here to listen and help you navigate these moments with compassion and care. I also have a passion for working with young adults and the LGBTQIA community, and I believe in the power of creativity in mental health. My patients describe me as kind, patient, and someone who really listens. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, affirmed, and genuinely cared for as you work toward your goals. Let's work together on your journey to healing!
