Emily Reardon
Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I strive to provide a comfortable and judgment-free environment for individuals of all identities and backgrounds.
I feel grateful to be trusted to sit beside you as you grow and show your strength and resilience through life’s challenges. I have been fortunate in my experience as a therapist to have counseled a variety of unique and brave individuals who have allowed me the opportunity to support them throughout vulnerable times in their lives. My experience has helped me recognize that you are the expert of your own life. Therefore, you are the best person to direct your journey toward reaching your personal goals. My goal is to provide a safe space to work through life’s challenges, as well as to provide new perspectives and tools. My methods of treatment are based on scientific research and on my professional experience as a therapist. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), EMDR and Internal Family Systems. I utilize additional tools such as mindfulness and trauma-informed care to provide a holistic approach to treatment.
