Emily Erickson
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
I work with folks 18 + on trauma and anxiety. I strive to create a safe and reflective space for you to bring your most authentic self. EMDR trained
Do you feel disconnected from yourself or others and find yourself hiding the innermost parts of yourself? On the outside, you may appear you’ve got everything together, but on the inside you feel inadequate, not worthy, or unlovable. Have you found yourself tearing up at “inner child” TikToks? Are you feeling ready to dig into the “tough stuff” from your past? I can help. I care deeply about my clients and strive for you to feel deeply listened to and understood. I create a non-judgmental, safe, and reflective space for you to bring your most authentic and vulnerable self. I am EMDR trained and see it as a helpful tool for clients. I approach this work through a strengths-based lens. I believe you have a wealth of knowledge and wisdom inherently inside you and are your own best expert. I would be honored to walk along side you as you better understand yourself, live more authentically, connect more deeply with people in your life and find (or discover) your light.
