Psychologist
I work collaboratively with young adults who are experiencing problems with mood, motivation, anxiety, relationships or challenging life circumstances.
I'm a Stanford trained psychologist who works collaboratively with young adults who are experiencing problems with mood, motivation, anxiety, relationships or challenging life circumstances. I also specialize in working with individuals experiencing infidelity/divorce and women's issues such as postpartum depression/anxiety, parenting issues and perimenopause. I provide a non-judgmental, supportive and calm environment where clients can safely explore the issues that are important to them. My style is warm and casual and I like to bring humor to my sessions. I use a strength-based approach to therapy as well cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with an emphasis on relationships. I work actively alongside my clients to provide them with the skills and insight necessary to allow them to live a more hopeful and joy-filled life.
