I am honored to be able to provide a safe, confidential and comforting atmosphere for my clients to do the brave, meaningful work of counseling. I use a cognitive behavioral approach and family systems theory to guide the counseling process. My clients often benefit from mindfulness practices and creative projects that I suggest. I have experience with those who struggle with anxiety, depression and adjustment disorders, but I also treat other concerns as long as they are within my scope of training and competence. I particularly enjoy working with college students navigating the formation of identity, goals, values and meaningful relationships.
