Counseling for brain and body: Helping you feel good about you and your relationship with body and food.

Hi there! I’m so glad you’re searching for the support you need and deserve. As a therapist, I believe that you are the expert in your own experience, and that you have a beautiful story to tell. I love working with clients who are willing to do the hard work of digging into the emotions and beliefs that keep us stuck in cycles of stress. My biggest passion is helping clients dismantle shame. I am a firm believer that we have all been directly affected by shameful messages about food, our bodies, and our sexuality, and I want for everyone to be able to experience freedom in these areas. I utilize Intuitive Eating (IE) and Health at Every Size (HAES) frameworks to support clients as they walk toward eating disorder recovery. I strongly believe in a multidisciplinary approach, and work with medical doctors and registered dietitians to ensure that my clients receive whole-body-and-mind care. I hope that I can be the person to support you through the challenging times in your life. It takes bravery to begin, but if you’re ready, send me an email. I’d love to get to know you and your needs and see if we can be a collaborative team!
