Elizabeth Martinez
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I believe my job as a therapist is to come alongside individuals and help them come alive. We all deserve the opportunity to be the best we can be.
As Brené Brown says, “Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” I believe my job as a therapist is to come alongside individuals and help them come alive. We all deserve the opportunity to be the best that we can be, and I am honored to share that experience with my clients. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Candidate working towards my full licensure in Oklahoma. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Services and my Master of Science in Community Counseling from John Brown University. I enjoy helping adolescents and adults work through the issues of life. I offer help for a wide range of issues including but not limited to anxiety, life adjustments, boundaries, coping skills, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, and challenging relationships. I strive for clients to feel empowered and respected throughout their time with me. I use a caring, non-judgmental, strengths-based approach to therapy and consider it a privilege to be part of my client’s journey. I am committed to finding the right approach for each client.
