There's no denying life can be tough! I hope to be a resource to help you navigate challenges and develop tools for resiliency and growth.

Welcome! I know the thought of starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it's your first time entering into this process. My hope is to create a welcoming and warm space where together we can explore ways to rethink old patterns, learn helpful tools and coping skills, and engage with yourself and others in a new way. Each person’s story is unique, so I use evidence-based tools like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alongside an approach that prioritizes your needs as an individual. I have experience assisting clients with concerns about anxiety; big (or small) life transitions; body image and low self-esteem; relationship issues; grief and loss; and infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum difficulties. I've received additional training through Postpartum Support International in perinatal mental health and I have experience working in hospital, community clinic, and private practice settings.
