Dianna Williams
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
A holistic, culturally affirming therapist offering to walk alongside you, all of you, guiding you to the answers already inside.
Are you feeling disconnected or struggling to cope with the pressures of life? As a first-generation individual in the United States, it can be challenging to find your footing. For young adults, college and transitioning into adulthood can be tough. If you're an athlete, you might be struggling to improve your sports performance. And if you're a parent, the responsibility of caring for another being is charging on so many levels, and/or you might also have a teen who feels like they have no one to talk to and wondering if there’s a safe space for them to vent. It can be hard to find someone you can trust and confide in, especially when they don't understand where you're coming from. I get it. With the right support, you can get through the hard times. Through individual counseling, I can help you forge a new pathway, providing the guidance, support, and tools needed so that you can build a new relationship with yourself and find healing from past toxic relationships, pressures, trauma, anxiety, etc. This new perspective will give you the confidence to navigate through life's ups and downs so you can go back to being a light for the world.
