Life and relationships can be difficult: therapy gives you a place to be seen, to grow, and to heal. I strive to offer a calm and genuine environment so that you can show up exactly as you are, while offering an authentic, hopeful, and passionate approach to therapy. I believe in a collaborative approach, allowing emotional expression and vulnerability. I have a passion for working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with trauma, anxiety, shame, transitions, and parenting. Always with the goal to be compassionate and understanding, I use a variety of therapy skills and techniques, including EMDR therapy.
