There is no problem to big or small for therapy. Whatever your life challenges are, we will work together to overcome them!

Hi there! I am so glad you are here. I once had a professor who said, “Clients should feel like sitting in a rocking chair on a front porch, sipping tea while talking to an old friend." By that she meant that clients should feel comfortable speaking to their therapist about uncomfortable topics. That is the experience I strive to provide for my clients. No matter the age, we all have most likely experienced some sort of trauma. Sometimes we dismiss our experiences after comparing ourselves to others, but we are doing ourselves a disservice. Everyone’s story deserves to be heard. I strive to create a safe space for all of my clients. I have knowledge of many therapeutic approaches to help my clients. This is important because not every therapeutic approach will help every client. Let’s work together to overcome any challenges life has given you!
