I specialize in therapy for emerging adults, and adults struggling with transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and work-life balance

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and I have provided over 16 years of social, emotional, and mental health services to emerging adults, and adults who are struggling with life transitions, managing relationships, school concerns, grief and loss, life balance, anxiety, depression, and feeling overwhelmed. I believe the ups and downs are part of life and it is okay to ask for support. Together we will build on your strengths and natural capacity for growth. Clients describe me as a therapist who listens, genuinely cares and validates their experience while helping them move past the thoughts, behaviors, and feelings that are negatively impacting their lives. I am compassionate about helping you achieve the goals you set out for yourself so that you can live a fulfilling life. I work well with clients who are ready to put in the time and energy to work on hard emotions and tackle obstacles. I help guide clients towards their goals while teaching practical, hands on tools to use along the way. I am committed to ensuring that finances are never a barrier to receiving care. I will work with each individual to find a solution that makes therapy accessible.
