I'm here to help and support adults (18+) facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, helping professions, substance use recovery, and LGBTQ+ concerns.

Insurance: BlueCross and BlueShield, Health Alliance, UIUC Student Insurance, In/Out of Network I understand that feeling of not quite fitting in – whether it's due to battling with your emotions, grappling with your identity, or facing the aftermath of difficult experiences. My office can be a safe space where you're a valued individual, deserving of understanding and compassion, because everyone deserves a place where they truly belong. I specialize in supporting adults navigating the choppy waters of anxiety, depression, life changes, and all the complexities of LGBTQ+ life. I also extend a helping hand to fellow therapists and those in helping professions – because taking care of yourself is just as important as caring for others. Our sessions are all about teamwork, both of us working together to chart a course toward healing and growth. You're a unique soul with your own journey. That's why I tailor our sessions to fit you, drawing on a blend of therapeutic approaches including CBT and MI. You can also count on genuine, down-to-earth support, with a bit of humor to lighten the load. After all, laughter can be a powerful medicine for the soul.
