Unleash Your Inner Power: Journey to Authentic Self-Love Starts Here.

I’m a Licensed Masters Social Worker specializing in Violence and Injury Prevention and Sexual Health Education. My passion lies in empowering individuals to embrace authentic self-love and holistic well-being. Through somatic, mindfulness, and pleasure, I believe we can heal our mind, body, and spirit. I provide trauma-informed, inclusive, and sex-positive care that prioritizes your unique needs and desires. With experience in sexual health, community outreach, and clinical support for youth and families, I create safe spaces for exploring sexuality and advocating for needs. As a trained Birth Doula, I provide support during the prenatal and postpartum journey. I love to sing, dance, and explore my passions for music, sexuality, sensuality, and spirituality. If you’re ready to embark on a healing journey together, I invite you to connect with me. Think of our time as a collaboration, two partners working towards your growth and recovery. Don’t hesitate to reach out for a consultation to see if we’re the right fit. Let’s take the first step toward your empowered self!
