Hi, I’m Danielle Toman, a Licensed Professional Counselor - In Training specializing in trauma. I work with individuals of all backgrounds and ages, providing a supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, and personal challenges. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns, while also incorporating Existential Therapy to explore meaning, resilience, and personal growth. I believe many present struggles stem from unconscious core beliefs formed in the past. By processing these experiences, we can uncover the root causes of negative thought patterns and behaviors, allowing us to challenge what’s really going on beneath the surface. My goal is to help you gain insight, break free from limiting beliefs, and develop the tools to navigate life with confidence.
