Experienced, understanding, and compassionate therapist who will help guide you through your current challenges, and help you achieve your goals.

Hello. My name is Daniel, and I look forward to meeting you! I feel it a profound privilege to help people with their life process, and I take an individualized approach with each patient to meet their specific needs. I see myself as a guide, you are the expert about your life, and my role is to understand your expereince and help you develop the skills and/or awareness that you seek. I help people with a wide range of needs, from specific problems that require targeted strategies, to exploring the self and one's identity development. I am here to process your expereince, and help you make sense of any areas of confusion. We can look at emotional and behavioral patterns in your life and consider how and/or why these occur, and if they require any change. We can discuss any topics you would like, and I see it as my role to help you feel safe doing so in a confidential and caring space. In over 20 years of expereince I have been trained in several evidence based therapy models, and I draw upon that knowledge to provide treatment that fits the needs of each person specifically. I promise to provide honest caring feedback, and aim to be the type of therapist I myself would see.
