Helping you rebuild hope in every area of your life- Hope Rebuilt, LLC

I believe that, although our experiences are often more similar than we may realize, no two clients or journeys are alike. My approach prioritizes a focus on understanding each client’s worldview, intersecting identities, and experiences to individually-tailor treatment. People are complex, multifaceted, ever-changing, and tend to allude neat categorization. In acknowledging this, I aim to address the root causes of presenting problems via an integrative approach, rather than merely treating symptoms or ascribing pathology.  Having adopted the stance of a generalist, I have had the opportunity to engage in treatment with diverse clients experiencing a wide range of presenting concerns - including PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, gender dysphoria, and more. My experiences in integrative care settings have taught me to ensure that clients receive the highest possible quality of holistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed care. I am also trained in EMDR and provide comprehensive trauma treatment for those interested.
