I believe in fostering self-empowerment, helping individuals develop themselves to create the life they desire. My therapeutic style is integrative and eclectic, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I strongly emphasize the development of the therapeutic relationship as the catalyst for change, providing a safe environment for individuals to explore their issues. With over 20 years in the mental health field, working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families, I see my role as empowering individuals with the tools they need for self-improvement.
