I work to create a comfortable and affirming space for everyone to process the struggles they are going through.

I graduated from UNCG in 2022 and specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families, providing person-centered therapy. Some of the theories that I work from include Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, etc. I am focused on creating an affirming space where you can share what is going on in your life. Taking a holistic approach I work with you to understand your life's story and make relevant and meaningful connections that honor your past and present, while also looking forward to improving the future. Some of my areas of specialty are individuals/couples/families experiencing Trauma, PTSD, Addiction (substance use), Life Transitions, Relationship Problems, Mood/Personality Disorders, etc. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and wish you well on your journey!
