(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice. Clarion Psychotherapy for Clarity and Connection online!
At my core, I am an artist and believe in creating the sacred space necessary for intentional healing. My approach is strength-based and person-centered. I specialize in working with high-functioning adults who struggle with ADHD, depression, trauma, and anxiety. Issues related to self-esteem, grief/loss, mind-body connection, shame/guilt and spirituality resonate with me. I tend to my own creativity and healing which inevitably informs my work. I am a seasoned therapist who values empowering others to see their greatness.
