Channing Davisson

I'm Channing, a compassionate and dedicated therapist committed to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with empathy, insight, and authenticity. I work with individuals 18 and older who are ready to break free from patterns of fear, unhappiness, or stagnation—whether they're coping with grief and loss, exploring identity, managing anxiety and depression, or facing times of transition. I believe motivation is key to meaningful change, and I support clients in harnessing their strengths to take actionable steps forward. Rooted in a client-centered and relational approach, I view therapy as a collaborative journey where clients are the experts of their own lives. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where self-exploration, growth, and healing can flourish. My work integrates warmth, humor, and evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, and Motivational Interviewing. I also help clients explore how broader systems shape their self-worth and worldview. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to live a more aligned and fulfilling life.
