Cera Allred

Cera Allred, M.ED, LCMHC, is honored to support individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. Her approach to therapy is rooted in mindfulness, collaboration, and respect for the healing process. Cera creates a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their emotions and foster lasting change. Using mindfulness practices, EMDR, CBT, and person-centered techniques, she helps clients navigate challenges, manage stress, and improve self-acceptance. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Cera also integrates the benefits of yoga, particularly for trauma healing. She enjoys working with clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and self-acceptance, including those in the LGBTQ+ community. Cera’s holistic approach encourages a mindful, balanced, and authentic life.
