Whether you are healing from past trauma or seeking to write a new future, I am here to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space to heal.

It takes courage to start a new life journey, and I believe that you deserve a life that you are excited to wake up to every day. Sometimes stress, anxiety, and the challenges of daily life can leave you feeling overwhelmed and unable to move forward. I am passionate about the therapeutic relationship and committed to helping you find the strength and power within yourself to live a peaceful, meaningful, and joyful life. With my experience and specialized training, I have helped many people work through anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, and substance use. I have specialized experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and identity exploration and affirmation. I also understand the unique challenges that can come with parenting and navigating relationships. Through a compassionate, client-centered, and non-judgmental approach, I use Dialectical and Cognitive Behavior Therapies (DBT and CBT), EMDR, and other Mindfulness-Based Modalities tailored to your unique needs. No matter where you are in your journey, I look forward to walking alongside you, helping you create a future you are excited to wake up to every day!
