Catriona (Cat-Tree-Oh-Na) Johnson
(They/Them/Theirs)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA)
Providing in-person and telehealth services for those seeking to let go of anxiety and stress while embracing peace and compassion.
I will bring my best when working with you. Is it peace you are looking for? Or letting go of stress and embracing compassion? Juggling goals and emotions can be challenging, but overcoming obstacles is achievable with practice. No matter the profession, ethnicity, sexuality, gender, or race, all are welcome. You deserve to live your life to the fullest. My background encompasses working with people 13 and up, including first responders, professionals, recent immigrants, people seeking gender, exploring sexuality, and struggling with intimacy, anxiety, stress, or panic. I provide services for those all over NC. Let's work together to decrease the feeling of dread and panic while practicing peace, compassion, and letting go. I provide services for those all over NC. When working with me, therapy interventions and modalities will include Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Breath-Work. But most importantly, we will work together to find out what suits you best.
