I have been working in various mental health settings for the last 10 years both in residential settings, agency, and private practice. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and families as they navigate themselves and life. I utilized a variety of techniques ranging from experiential activities, play techniques, and other evidenced-based strategies that are tailored to what works best for you. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities in my practice.
