Compassionate care tailored to your needs, offering both therapy and medication management for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more.

Hi! I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over ten years of experience helping people navigate their mental health. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other challenges, I’m here to provide care that’s personalized to you. I’ve worked with a diverse range of people—including young adults, seniors, and the LGBTQ+ community—and I’m passionate about creating a safe space where you feel truly heard. My approach integrates medication management with supportive psychotherapy, drawing from techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and coping skills education. I believe in treating you as a whole person, considering every aspect of your life to support your journey to wellness. Mental health care should be accessible to everyone, and I’m committed to providing compassionate, well-rounded support that helps you build on your existing strengths. I look forward to walking alongside you on your path to feeling better. In my downtime, I love exploring music, staying active, and traveling—especially back to my roots in Estonia, where I first discovered my passion for psychology.
