I serve clients seeking to heal from trauma, improve mood and relationships, and improve their sense of self.

I look forward to joining you in your journey to heal. Seeking therapy is not always easy, I commend you in your search for the right therapist for you! I have been in the field for 12 years and my passion is helping people heal from trauma and create a life worth living and overall positive sense of self. My approach is validating and empathetic, as well as logical and factual. I believe that the balance between emotions and facts is where many clients get stuck, so working with the client to find their balance is essential to their mental health and wellness. I am proud to be a welcoming and affirming safe space for those needing a place to land and process their needs (ADHD, Autism, LGBTQIA+). I enjoy offering space and validation to those who find it difficult to be served well elsewhere or who feel misunderstood by other providers. I offer in person services both in an office setting in Davidson and outdoor farm setting in Huntersville, as well as virtual sessions as needed per case. I provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.
