Brynna Arnold
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
Brynna specializes in using strengths-based approaches to treating those struggling with fear and anxiety, OCD, life transitions, trauma, and depression.
The path from anxiety and depression to health and wellness can often be a difficult one. If you are craving a life that makes you feel empowered and happy, then I believe we could be a good fit. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and inviting space that feels safe for you to show up exactly as you are, and one that enables you to move towards the future you want for yourself. I utilize a strengths-based approach to counseling that focuses on your unique needs and resources. I believe health and healing look different from person to person, and I hope to partner with you throughout your journey of self-empowerment. I strive to create an inviting space that allows you to safely explore life’s stressors and traumas, identify solutions, and facilitate self awareness and healing. I love working with folks who desire to process and heal from their pasts and to learn skills that empower and strengthen. Let me partner with you as you move towards your desired future.
