I use a combination of talk therapy and art therapy to help you find new perspectives, uncover inner truths, and discover your most authentic self.

As an art therapist, it is my goal to hold space for us to create, explore, discover, grow, and heal together. Alongside talk therapy, I use art materials to help people build bridges between what is happening in their minds and what they can express out loud. Art therapy is for everyone, whether you are an experienced artist or you haven't touched a paintbrush since childhood. Let's make imperfect, messy, truthful art together. In addition to art therapy, I operate through a social justice lens. If you have ever felt marginalized, misunderstood, stereotyped, or unheard, there is space for you here. I am affirming of all gender identities, sexualities, neurotypes, and cultural backgrounds. It is my hope through my work as a social justice-oriented clinician that you will find deep healing and empowerment through validation of your lived experiences, and that we can leverage your strengths to challenge the systems and prejudices that may confine you. If this resonates with you, I would love to chat.
