Brittany Woodham
(She/Her/Hers)
Counselor
I welcome clients from all backgrounds to learn from their experiences and become the best versions of themselves.
I am a compassionate therapist who focuses on understanding every client's story. My goal is to ensure that my clients do not allow their bad life experiences to define them but, to take their experiences and become more resilient. As a therapist, I've worked with children, adolescents, and adults who have struggled with anxiety, depression, codependency, behavioral issues, and the life transitions that occur with age, death, divorce, and just day-to-day life. We all deserve to be the best versions of ourselves. In order to help my clients achieve this, I provide open and honest feedback. I often challenge my clients to think outside of the box and to look at the bigger goal. Maya Angelou once said, "Stand straight up and realize who you are that you tower over your circumstances." I believe this to be true; many people go their whole life allowing their childhood traumas and anxieties to hold them back from reaching their greatest potential. Let me help you reach your goals.
