Maybe you feel like your relationships keep failing you, and you’re questioning “is there something wrong with me?”. You might feel a lack of confidence, low mood, and a sense of impending doom. I am here to help you navigate these challenges and guide you back to a deeper connection to your self. My approach is relational and person-centered, focusing on understanding you and your unique experiences as an individual, as well as building trust and connection within the therapeutic relationship. Drawing from a variety of other approaches, including attachment-based framework, mindfulness, IFS, and psychodynamic theory, we’ll work collaboratively to get to the “root” of how you are feeling, rather than just creating band-aid solutions.
