A person centered space where you can come to find compassionate care.

It can be hard to ask for help especially if you are struggling. I believe that no one succeeds in life without help from others. I am a person centered therapist; I am here to get to know you so we can work together to create a supportive healing environment. I will work to assess what you need and use the therapeutic tools and techniques that are the best fit for you so you get the best treatment possible. I specialize in treating trauma (what any person may feel has been a traumatic event in their life), C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, addiction and grief (and more) . I use a mind/body therapy tool called brainspotting that can help you access, process and overcome trauma, negative emotions and even some physical symptoms. Along with brainspotting I use emotion regulation tools, parts work (IFS) and body awareness skills; I want to get to know you so that we can find what will work best for you. I look forward to helping you reach your goals and work toward positive change.
